Be free psychology means to be free from either your: depression, general anxiety, panic, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, shame, self-harming behaviours, low self-esteem, repeated relationship difficulties, the pain of loss, anger, difficulties with our parents or our children; coping with neurodevelopment difficulties; ultimately living life to the full in the present without the shackles of past experiences continuously haunting you.
Be free psychology aims to give you psychological advice/consultation, therapy and the psychological tools you need to be free again. Although we can provide you with the support and tools you need to be free, only you can determine if you can achieve freedom in your life again. However, we all, attempt to cope the best we can, and often what has worked in the past may now make our difficulties worse, and hence with the right support and your commitment, you can overcome your difficulties by having increased intellectual and emotional understanding of your difficulties so that you can be free, yes be free!
